- For participants who are not CNRS agents

PhD students with accomodation (double-room): 750 €                

PhD students without accomodation: 650 €        

Post-docs with accomodation (double-room): 900 €        

Post-docs without accomodation: 800 €           

Permanent staff of public sector, with accomodation (double-room): 1100 €

Permanent staff of public sector, with accomodation (single-room): 1250 €

Permanent staff of public sector, without accomodation: 1000 €

Staff of private sector, with accomodation (single-room): 1400 €

Staff of private sector, without accomodation: 1250 €

- For CNRS agents (including the PhD students and post-docs paid by the CNRS)

CNRS agents with accomodation (double-room): free

CNRS agents with accomodation (single-room): free

CNRS agents without accomodation: free

- For speakers

Speakers with accomodation (single-room): free

Speakers without accomodation: free

N.B.:

- Fees with accomodation also include all meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners except the social dinner); fees without accomodation still include the lunches. The social dinner is to be paid by yourself.                        

- The PhD students and post-docs among the CNRS agents are kindly asked to preferentially choose the double-room option.
